Vienna Elite Volleyball Club was formed in 2010 to address the growing demand for youth volleyball in Northern Virginia. The club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable "open-level" volleyball that balances high level competitive volleyball in a family-friendly environment.

Bob Bell (USAV  IMPACT and CAP I Certified) is the club’s Founder and serves as Vienna Elite's Technical Director. He is a passionate volleyball fan, player, instructor, coach and father. He also founded and has served as Commissioner of Vienna Youth Volleyball (VYV) since 2008. Bob is entering his tenth year of coaching, eighth year for a USA Volleyball club. He brings (too) many years of volleyball experience playing competitively and socially at Inter-Collegiate Club, USAV clubs, Co-Ed and sand/grass doubles. He has coached at U13, U14, U15, U16, U17s, and this season, he will focus on U14s. Coach Bell led two of his Vienna Elite U14 teams to the USAV Nationals, 2015 in New Orleans and 2016 in Indianapolis.  His passion for the sport is fulfilled when he works with the younger players in teaching proper techniques and spreading the love of the game. His goal is to never be the last volleyball coach for any player - and his hope is that all his players progress to their next level of play (with an even better coach on an even better team).  Contact: bob.bell@viennaelite.org

John Park (USAV IMPACT, CAP I and CAP II Certified) has helped coach Vienna Elite U12's thru 18's since 2010.  Most recently, he was the Co-Head Coach of U15 Loudoun Team in 2017-18 season. 

He first began playing competitive volleyball while in high school at Choate Rosemary Hall in CT.   He continued to play at the collegiate level.  While in college and graduate school in Boston, he was a volleyball fanatic and competed in numerous indoor and outdoor tournaments throughout the East Coast during his playing days.

He was previously the Head JV Coach at The Madeira School from 2005 until 2013.  Since then, Coach Park has chosen to focus exclusively on the growth of Vienna Elite Volleyball Club and is responsible for all facets of the operation of the club including player recruitment and development.  He has been instrumental in helping Vienna Elite Volleyball Club become one of the top tier clubs in Northern Virginia and in the Region.  He has been instrumental in the expansion of Vienna Elite into Maryland with the ownership of The Rockville Sportsplex . 

On the court, Coach Park has been successful in helping dozens of players with aspirations to play collegiate volleyball achieve their goals.  He enjoys working with players who are driven, eager to learn and wish to advance their volleyball skills to higher levels.  He is devoted to help all players reach their goals to play at the next level, whether it be in high school or to play in college.  (Contact: john.park@viennaelite.org )
