Vienna Elite will be fielding a team of (11 or 12)*  skilled U14 players.  Our program is expected to be one of the most rigorous training programs in the Region.  The team is expected to be a competitive "OPEN" level team which will compete in selected multi-day tournaments and local AAU and CHRVA tournaments (Refer to tentative schedule below).

The U14 team is expected to practice twice per week.  During the training months of November and December as well as on non-tournament weekends from January thru May, the Club may also hold "Academy" which will focus on specific skills (i.e. serving, passing, setting, team defense etc). Academy will be run by special instructors or by Vienna Elite coaches.

Our club is working to create a competitive environments for players to learn and reach their maximum potential. When understanding our club fees use these points to consider, practice time, coaches, and cost for tournaments. 

* At the discretion of the club 1 or 2 "practice players" will be considered depending on the circumstances of the team.  Practice players will not participate in any matches or tournaments unless specifically called upon by the Head Coach. 

Daniela Molina (USAV IMPACT Certified) is a sophomore in college with a passion for volleyball that's been a part of her life since she was 10 years old.  Volleyball runs in the family, with both her sister and father dedicated to the sport from very young ages as well.  She had the privilege of playing for Vienna Elite the last few years of club, which was an incredible experience.  She also gained coaching experience, assisting in practices and games.  Her coaching philosophy revolves around creating a positive, fun, and inclusive learning environment.  She is dedicated to nurturing both athletic skills and personal growth, helping players achieve their goals and, most importantly, fall in love with the sport, just as she has.  She is thrilled to be given a chance to come back to Vienna Elite and coach this season! Ilana Reed (USAV IMPACT Certified) was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She has been playing sports since the age of 3. Ilana joined CYA's volleyball team in 4th and 5th grade, a team coached by her mother (who also played volleyball in high school). Ilana continued her volleyball career on Oakton High School's volleyball team for all four years, and began playing at the club level from ages 15 to 18. After graduating from Oakton in 2022, she pursued her academic and athletic endeavors at West Virginia University in August 2022, where she played as a starter on the university's club volleyball team. During Ilana’s time on WVU club volleyball, her team traveled to different universities to face other collegiate club teams each month, and additionally competed in Kansas City, MO for club nationals in April 2023.

Presently, Ilana is locally working as an intern, and is set to transfer to Virginia Commonwealth University in Fall 2024 to complete her degree in Criminology. She plans to continue her volleyball career with the VCU club team.

Ilana's coaching experience spans various sports, but she admits that coaching volleyball is her favorite. Her primary goal is to create a positive and productive environment for her team, with the hope of instilling in her players the same love for volleyball that she gained from her previous coaches.
