Vienna Elite will be fielding a team of (11)*  skilled U16 players.  Our program is expected to be one of the most rigorous training programs in the Region.  The team is expected to be a competitive "Open" level team which will compete in selected multi-day tournaments and local AAU and CHRVA tournaments (Refer to tentative schedule below).

The U16 team is expected to practice twice per week.  During the training months of November and December as well as on non-tournament weekends from January thru May, the Club may also hold "Academy" which will focus on specific skills (i.e. serving, passing, setting, team defense etc). Academy will be run by special instructors or by Vienna Elite coaches.

Our club is working to create a competitive environments for players to learn and reach their maximum potential. When understanding our club fees use these points to consider, practice time, coaches, and cost for tournaments. 

* At the discretion of the club 1 or 2 "practice players" will be considered depending on the circumstances of the team.  Practice players will not participate in any matches or tournaments unless specifically called upon by the Head Coach. 

Allison Innerst (USAV IMPACT and Safesport Certified) was born in California and eventually started her volleyball career at Belmont Ridge Middle School in Northern Virginia. In her personal career, she played high school volleyball in Loudoun County and club in Maryland. Quickly after, Ally became a coach for McLean Youth Volleyball, which led to coaching several travel and beginner leagues. Ally has had experience as an Assistant and Head Coach. She was a Head Coach of the Junior Varsity team at South Lakes High School and Assistant Coach at a volleyball club in Burke, Virginia for a U16 National Team ranking 15th in CHRVA. She also has experience with group and individual Private Lessons in both Indoor and Beach Volleyball.  Ally is currently a student at George Mason University and is about to finish her Bachelor of Science and continue on to her Master's Degree in Forensic Science.  Ally was the coach of Vienna Elite 15 Blue in 2022-23 season and She is really excited to be coaching a fun and competitive team this season!  Contact: ally.innerst@viennaelite.org

Sadie Innerst (USAV IMPACT and Safesport Certified) found her love for volleyball watching her older sister Ally play at a very young age. Eager to start playing herself, she began recreational volleyball in third grade. She started her club experience at 11’s and continued as a setter through 16’s playing for METRO and Blue Ridge. During her 16’s season at DMV Elite, Sadie started helping with Ally’s Vienna 15 Blue practices and really loved helping out. Sadie is now a junior in high school and attends the Academies of Loudoun for veterinary science. Sadie is super excited to be an assistant coach with her older sister.
