Vienna Elite will be fielding a team of (10 to 11)* highly skilled U14 players.  Our program is expected to be one of the most rigorous training programs in the Region.  The team is expected to be a competitive "OPEN" level team which will compete in selected multi-day tournaments and local CHRVA tournaments (Refer to tentative schedule below).

The U14 team is expected to practice twice per week with players with players required to participate in our Fitness and Conditioning program before or after practices in December thru early April. (See Programs – Fitness and Conditioning program for more details)  During the training months of November and December as well as on non-tournament weekends from January thru May, the Club may hold "Academy" which will focus on specific skills (i.e. serving, passing, setting, team defense etc). Academy will be run by special instructors or by Vienna Elite coaches.

Our club strives to be the best club in Northern Virginia when considering competitiveness of teams, level of coaching, club fees, number of tournaments and overall access to court time. Our players love to play volleyball and want to compete at a high level!

* At the discretion of the club 1 or 2 "practice players" will be considered depending on the circumstances of the team.  Practice players will not participate in any matches or tournaments unless specifically called upon by the Head Coach.

Bob Bell (USAV  IMPACT and CAP I Certified) is the club’s Founder and serves as Vienna Elite's Technical Director. He is a passionate volleyball fan, player, instructor, coach and father. He also founded and has served as Commissioner of Vienna Youth Volleyball (VYV) since 2008. Bob is entering his tenth year of coaching, eighth year for a USA Volleyball club. He brings (too) many years of volleyball experience playing competitively and socially at Inter-Collegiate Club, USAV clubs, Co-Ed and sand/grass doubles. He has coached at U13, U14, U15, U16, U17s, and this season, he will focus on U14s. Coach Bell led two of his Vienna Elite U14 teams to the USAV Nationals, 2015 in New Orleans and 2016 in Indianapolis.  His passion for the sport is fulfilled when he works with the younger players in teaching proper techniques and spreading the love of the game. His goal is to never be the last volleyball coach for any player - and his hope is that all his players progress to their next level of play (with an even better coach on an even better team).  Contact: bob.bell@viennaelite.org

Cienna Evans (USAV IMPACT Certified and Gold Medal Squared Certified) grew up locally in Northern Virginia.  Cienna started playing volleyball at age 9 at Chantilly Youth Association.  As she grew up, she played club from 6th grade thru her senior year of high school for Chantilly Juniors Volleyball Club.  She played two years at Oakton HS, where she played setter and DS.  

Cienna has coached ages (12s thru-18s) working at NVVA as administrator and coaching in its NOVA division.  Before joining NVVA, she also coached at NV Premier.   She has worked as a coach to help introduce volleyball to young kids ages in Fairfax and Loudoun County through Ignite Kids Club in Chantilly, VA.  Cienna is also the club's Administrative Director of Vienna Elite Volleyball Club.  She is integral to daily and annual function of the club.

We are moving to a new facility in April located near Dulles Airport.  Once into the new facility, the 14-F team will practice on Tues and Thurs from 7:30pm to 9pm. 

In addition to the above tournaments, the team expects to play in 3 to 5 local one day CHRVA sanctioned tournaments January thru May.  Tournaments will be determined three weeks prior to play date at the discretion of club director.
