Vienna Elite will field a team of (11)* highly skilled and motivated U15 players.  The team will consist of experienced club players seeking to participate in more competitive tournaments.  The team is expected to be a competitive "OPEN" level team which will compete in selected multi-day tournaments and local CHRVA tournaments (Refer to tentative schedule below).

The U15 team is expected to practice twice per week.  During the training months of November and December as well as on non-tournament weekends from January thru May, the Club may hold "Academy" which will focus on specific skills (i.e. serving, passing, setting, team defense etc).  Academy will be run by special instructors or by Vienna Elite coaches.

Our club strives to be the best club in Northern Virginia when considering competitiveness of teams, level of coaching, club fees, number of tournaments and overall access to court time.  Our players love to play volleyball and want to compete at a high level!

** At the discretion of the club 1 or 2 "practice players" will be considered depending on the circumstances of the team.

Emily Zoby was born & raised in Northern Virginia and currently works as the assistant director of Kenwood Elementary. She was introduced to volleyball at an early age by her older sister and it quickly became a passion. She played through Junior High and 3 years of High School as a setter. Senior year she made the move to coaching Elementary & Middle School Rec volleyball. The experience of nurturing and instilling the love of volleyball to young players was immeasurable and sharing her knowledge and love of the sport became a new passion. Emily graduated from George Mason University with her BS in Interpersonal Organizational Communications and a minor in Tourism & Event Management. Through college she played recreationally at GMU, Gamma Phi Beta intramurals, NVVA, and various other adult leagues. Emily has most recently coached at Tuscarora High School assisting the JV team and the varsity coach Samantha Harrison.  Emily is very excited to be part of the Vienna Elite team and can’t wait to see what this season has in store! In addition to the above travel tournaments, the team expects to play in 2 to 3 local one day CHRVA sanctioned tournaments January thru May.   Tournaments will be determined three weeks prior to play date at the discretion of club director.
