Club Fees based on 11 or 12 players max per team!
Club Fees INCLUDE:
- Practice space: (2 or 3) practices per week for all teams. Travel teams will have weekly positional or team practices at the discretion of coaches. Blue and Black teams will have 2 practices with additional practices at discretion of individual coaches.
- Fitness and conditioning training for all Teams (either before or after practice on Wednesday or Thursdays)
- Uniform Package: 3 jerseys sweatshirt, practice t-shirts, hoodie, backpack (includes practice players)
- Additional/Optional position training days (check each team schedule for exact dates already scheduled)
- Travel Fees for Coaches and Tournament Entry Fees
- Hudl for all team all teams except 15 and 16 White teams.
- BALLTIME: The First-Ever Volleyball AI Platform: every Vienna player/family will have access to this innovative AI technology that will capture and analyze film from all matches and practices (this is also the best technology for making college recruiting highlight videos).
- Discounted private lessons fees - $125 for all club players (regularly $150)
- USAV Nationals or AAU Nationals in Orlando, Florida for all 14 Travel, 15 Travel, 16 Travel and 17 Travel.

Practice Players will NOT participate in tournaments unless there is an injury or other circumstances as determined by the coach.
Notes to Payment Schedule
We recognize that many families in our club have multiple children ranging from elementary age students to college age and some with more than one child participating in costly travel/club sport activities. If any family requires a specific payment plan, feel free to contact us to discuss alternative payment plans which may better suit your family needs.
Vienna Elite Volleyball Club Financial Support
Vienna Elite Volleyball Club is a non profit IRS designated 501C3 organization. We encourage all potential players to tryout for our club regardless of financial situation. We can offer financial support in the form of scholarships on a need basis, private donations as well as placement into our Vienna Elite Volleyball Club work program to help pay for player's club fees. We may have opportunities for players and families to work as staff to manage club travel logistics, work at our local CHRVA sanctioned tournaments held at our facility in Chantilly, Rockville MD, Manassas (ie set-up/clean-up, tournament directors and assistants on tournament days at all of our facilities). Make sure to speak with club admin prior to tryouts regarding your financial concerns. Don't let finances prevent you from playing club volleyball! Any request for financial assistance on a need basis will require submission of supporting financial documents (including most recent federal tax returns).

Payment Instructions
Upon Acceptance of Offer: $1,500 or $1,750 is paid immediately. (Practice players: $1,000)
The balance can be paid 1) via post dated checks spread over the 5 payment plan dates, 2) automatic debit or cc charge for your designated checking/CC acct set up at beginning of season.
The club will only deposit checks or debit check/cc acct on the scheduled and agreed upon dates.
