Participation Agreement 2025-2026

Welcome to Vienna Elite Volleyball Club. We look forward to a great volleyball season!

We, the parents/guardians of a player of Vienna Elite Volleyball Club, acknowledge we have carefully read the “Playing Time Policy” and “Code of Conduct” (online located on the website listed above) and agree to the policies listed therein. We agree to participate for the entire 2025-2026 club volleyball season through the duration of the season, including any trips to the Girls Junior National Championships or any other end of the year tournaments unless prior arrangement not to attend have been approved by club officials.

We understand that we are solely responsible for all fees due by the player as per the fee schedule listed in the VIENNA ELITE VOLLLEYBALL CLUB website. We understand that all dues must be paid in full regardless of the duration of the participation of the forenamed individual. We understand that if the player decides to withdraw for any reason including injury, suspended or expelled from the club due to violations of the Player or Parent Code of Conduct, the full club volleyball season fees/club dues must still be paid unless other arrangements have been agreed to by the club directors. All club fees are due by the dates listed in the website listed above unless other prior arrangements have been made with club administration. At the discretion of the club, player may not be permitted to participate in any club activities, practices or tournaments until fees are current. 

In the event a third party collection agency must be utilized to collect any portion of the club fees, the player agrees to pay any and all costs associated with collection of the club fees.

Playing time and playing positions are not guaranteed. These items are at the discretion of the coach. Parents will not be refunded any portion of the paid club dues, and are not entitled to any type of reduction in fees, if the playing time or position of their player or a specific coach is not in line with their expectations.

Social Media Policy

Players and Parents are not allowed to use social media to post disparaging remarks against the Vienna Elite Volleyball Club, opposing teams, teammates or opposing players/club. The Club will investigate any complaints or concerns.  Punishment for disparaging remarks is up to the discretion of the coach and the Club Administration. Violations are subject to suspensions or expulsion from the Club.

Understanding the aforementioned stipulations and having discussed this entirely with our player, we agree to and will support our daughter’s decision to participate in the activities of the club for the entire season and assume full financial responsibility for all of the above.

By virtue of paying the Commitment Fee, we parents and player enter into this agreement with VIENNA ELITE VOLLEYBALL CLUB.
