The Rockville Sportsplex

Welcome to Vienna Elite Volleyball Club Tournaments!

All volleyball spectators must pay an entrance fee of $5 to enter the facility.  Athletes, Coaches and Officials will be allowed entrance free of charge but all others must purchase a building entrance membership.  Advance purchase link is not available.   

• First match start time of all tournaments is 9am or whatever is indicated on the AES or CHRVA schedule.  Please check CHRVA tournament schedule postings on AES. (https://www.advancedeventsystems.com/events - type in Vienna, find your age and date tournament. Click "Schedule Posted" to see your specific tournament schedule.
• All team camps sites are pre-assigned - there is no need to come early to claim your team camping area.
• Facility doors will open at 8:15am to participants.  
• Warm Up Balls and Carts will be provided. Please do NOT bring other balls into the facility. Space is limited.
• Please make sure your players bring proper equipment needed to be a work team (ie pen, pencil, white out, whistle, stop watch)
• If you intend to be evaluated as scorer or referee, please make sure your players bring proper forms to be evaluated as scorer or referee. It is not the facilities responsibility to provide evaluation forms for every player.  
• Blankets are encouraged for your team to sit on.  
• No ball handling on unused, empty courts by players. This is a facility rule.  
• No large coolers are allowed.
• Spectators are welcome to bring personal collapsible chairs into the facility or use the bleachers provided.
• Spectators may be be seated upstairs or on the court behind referee stands, behind black lines. As courtesy, when your player is not playing, please move from your vantage point to allow other spectators to watch their players.

With parking spots at a premium, the Rockville Sports Arena is happy to provide a supplemental parking lot. This lot is located three minutes away and we have a shuttle service running to drive you two and from the parking lot. Please help us respect our neighbors and do not park in the Ice Arena parking lot.

Please drop off any athletes or spectators at the Sports Arena, and then drive to the external parking lot where we can shuttle you back to the Sports Arena

1. Drop off athletes and spectators at the Sports Arena
2. Drive back down the hill and turn left onto Southlawn Lane.
3. Proceed up Southlawn Lane towards East Gude Drive.
4. Turn left into the parking lot directly after the Montgomery Concrete Options and before the Beltway Movers
5. There is a Blue pop up tent and two Vienna Elite Flags, proceed there to be picked up by the shuttle van and brought back to the Sports Arena
6. When you are ready to get your vehicle, contact the front desk worker and they will get in contact with the drivers to swiftly bring you back to your vehicle.

Any tournament cancellations/delays will be posted here 3 hours before tournament start time on day of.  If nothing is posted tournament is a go as as schedule!
